Yeah...I've noticed that the Google results are sometimes a bit off I think. Don't know what to make of that.

Just yesterday I looked up a keyword phrase I had looked up the day before (using the exact same methodology) and the page count in a Google search was *twice* what it had been the day before. Just weird.

I supose that Google might have change it's algorithms overnight but that's not likely given that most other searches remained fairly consistent across the two days.
