The first thing I would advise is caution. The numbers Google's tool spits out can be pretty questionable at times - especially for keywords at the lower end of the popularity scale. One obvious thing to watch for is discrepancies between last month's searches and the monthly average. Big difference imply dubious data, other than for "spiky" or seasonal keywords. if you're going to invest in a particular keyword, you can do a lot worse than bid on Adwords with a small budget to gauge actual traffic levels. Failing that, try to cross reference the data with another keyword suggestion tool. If the numbers given by Google are reasonable, then exactly how to monetise is probably better suited to one of the other forums here, depending on what sort of thing appeals to you. The easiest methods are to use advertising or affiliate links.
