I wasn't quite sure where to ask this...I hope I selected the right forum. The Google area didn't have a forum where I could ask a general type question. Anyway...after hours and hours spent using the Google keyword tool and searching Google I have found several niche areas that might make for a good web site and am wondering about one in particular. Specifically the search phrase in question, let's say it's "widgets for sale" had 1,300 searches in Google last month for that exact phrase but only 4 pages show up in Google to satisfy that search need. I am new at picking out niche markets to create a web site around (with a goal of making some money from such niche markets) and was just wondering if such a combination is a good one to try and service? By building a web site to address the unsatisfied searching that appears to be happening around that keyword phrase. In addition to determining if the demand and supply combination for that keyword is a good one...I am somewhat at a loss to know how to monetize the web site such that I can make some income from it. I mean for example...let's say the phrase is "cars for sale" (which it isn't but let's just say it is). I can't sell cars so that's out. Trying to sell an info product on how to buy cars maybe...but their is already a flood of those out there. Having cars listed that are for sale is time consuming thing to offer in that the list will constantly be changing (I want a more static site that will not require my attention that much if at all after being set up). Anyone got any suggestions as to how to monetize what appears to be a very winning keyword phrase? Thanks. Carlos
Hi there,
