Well i was just thinking if my page title will be like

KW1 KW2, KW1 KW3, KW4 KW1, KW5, KW6 KW1 KW2

will not it be counted as keyword stuffing only, what i noticed in google for some other sites, that when some one search for "KW1 KW3" google returns result with exact matching "Key phrase" plus, page titles in which these Keyword appear any where.

So i was thinking if we can remove KW1 redundancy to archive same result or my observation is wrong?
