If you're trying to find the best keywords to use for your site that will avoid the famous google slap this tool this the answer... https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal there is an option on the left that you can use to have google's bots scan your site and tell you what keywords they recommend. If you stick to these keywords you won't get slapped and will have targeted keywords :D
Just a little tool that I'm surprised not to many people know about...
