Google has treated keywords in different ways, like if you search for mothers, it would have different results instead of the results displaying against the search query mother. As far case senstivity is concerned, google always read the cases in small caps. So if you type MoTHER or mother, doesn't matter at all. I searched for both you suggested, and got same results. :)
