---- How to feature on keywords

Its hard to explain without saying what the keywords are but K1 basically is a description of K2, and K3 is the area. Although we do get the longtail searches through by using K1 K2 K3 they don't necessarily convert, but there an awful lot searches on just K2, we then added K3 to focus on the people in that area. The industry that we are in and the keywords we use mean that most people will search for K2 in their area (very competitive in some areas), and we offer widgets nationwide so thats a lot of pages.

If i wrote all my titles and tags to read K2 K3, then i would have a lot of duplicates as all my pages would read widget area, widget area2, widget area3 and so on. I therefore added an extra keyword that people do search on but not as much as just K2 K3 to break this up a bit, as there are different ways of using K1 as its a description keyword, such as colour.

I then found that I am featuring better on K1 K2 K3 than K2 K3.

I agree I am going to have to get very creative, and get my titles spot on for just K2 and K3.

Thank you for your help webdoctor, much appreciated.
