I wish I could give you some magic percentage, but I can't determine one and I'm sceptical when anyone says with authority that KWD needs to be blah%. The percentages I see are all over the place.

For longevity, I recommend writing in a natural and descriptive manner wihout trying to maintain any 'density'.
