Many years ago (I think about nine years to be precise) I stumbled upon this fantastic resource called WebMaster World. There was this person who no matter how innane and stupid my questions were (not a lot changed over the last nine years) he provided his time, input and advice in a polite and patient manner - under the name of MakeMeTop.
