I have a website with 1200 pages with only internal links, not a single link to the outside world. Should I link some of the pages or perhaps all of them to other of my websites to improve both websites results on the serps?

Should I try to link to a website with higuer PR?
Should I create links to different part of the other website or only one to the same place for all of them.

What's the best thing I can do linking related to improve my sites results on the serps.

Sorry for so many questions, but untill know I didn't really put to much effort on my linking skills.
