The average company that hires a security service has the expectation that they would be protected from theft and not be burglarized by the firm they hired to protect them. So how is it you offer Internet marketing services to others, get hit by Panda, and think it's normal to ask how to fix it?

Not trying to be rude, just saying the obvious, that if you actually knew something about Internet Marketing then you wouldn't have been hit by Panda.
