Is it okay to seperate words in the title with an underscore? Example: Best_Books_on_Widgets

I would say no, it is not okay. My first question would be why? What purpose does that serve? For one, it doesn't look right. Two, it goes against most readability standards. And three, it really doesn't make sense to do that.
