I took over online marketing at my company in April 2010 and I can safely say it's not been an easy ride.

Because I work in-house it's difficult to tell whether trends are happening across the board or just to us.

In 2010 we have noticed and increase in search engine traffic but a reduction in referring sites and direct traffic.

Given the changes that have happened in the world of SEO in 2010 what have you noticed?
