Just started in SEO, thank god I found this forum. I've been reading up on the subject both on the web (the lib section on here has been extremely helpful), also reading the art of SEO (saw the recommendation on here, along with reviews online sold me)
company I work for runs a e-com site with about 20,000 products in a wide range of categories, but we used to specialize in a certain categories (let's say widget A). The site's been around for about 10 years and we rank fairly well for the keywords that we specialize in before without a lot of SEO work done on our part. But now we've expended our list of products we would like work on the keywords in other categories that's not related to widget A.
From what I've been reading, this is a job way too big for just one person to handle. Most likely we will need outside help of some sort. I am thinking on page optimization and content creation will be done in house, and we will outsource link building part.
What do you guys think? Any suggestions and comments are welcome.
