So I'm working on a real estate site. They're currently well indexed by google andhave been established a number of years.

Recently they asked me to make a new page: www.example.com/stinkingrichhomes which shows only the fanciest homes on the site. No problem.

Then, unbeknownst to me, they bought a new domain, and set up a frame-forward onto www.example.com/stinkingrichhomes.

They now have a bunch of stationery ready to post out, with their new domain on it, but don't want to post it until typing that in google gives a result (as so many users are numpties and type addresses into google instead of into their address bar!)

Currently, the domain isn't indexed.

Not surprising as nothing links to it from anywhere. I can't submit a (pointless, one-page) sitemap.xml as there's no webroot for the domain since it's just a host-setup frame-forward.

I've submitted the URL to google manually, but I'm not convinced google will be interested in indexing it, what do you think?
