IMHO, this is the most important point by a mile. The title must be written with the human user in mind as well as the SE.
I was wondering when we would get Part II, it was well worth the wait. Thank you, P1R! Remember, your <title> element is the very first thing that the visitor will see, make sure it leaves a clicking impression.
