Think about it. Could someone legitimately trademark "California Flower Shop" and get away with it? How can someone "own" what's a common word in everyday usage? Do a search for the full phrase in quotes and also, intitle:"exact city-name phrase-words" and see how many come up for that. [edited by: Marcia at 12:37 am (utc) on April 8, 2003]
