What you get for paying for Inktomi is guaranteed inclusion, and 2 day spidering. Good if your content changes a lot and you are not getting spidered daily or so by Google. Good for new pages that are not indexed. There is no advantage for your ranking. At one time, people were reporting that they lost ranking when they started paying - maybe some glitch in the system.

At least that was the situation a year ago. Somebody tell us if i am wrong.
