There's actually quite a bit of competition in this area. There are doctors, clinics, etc...across the country who do this procedure and who are online. This guy, though, just owns the market, doing about $3 1/2 million a year and 75%+ of his business is from the Internet.

Should I possibly purchase a 2 second domain (the name of his clinic) and use Inktomi/DMOZ? Or just stick to one domain and fight for my 1-2 positions in the sea of this "cheater". :)
