---- Why do you Mac?

My Windows XP is not user friendly. I have to go read a book if I want to do anything. But on a mac it's logically simple to figure out what you want to do.

On the Mac I can click once and it shuts down. On windows I have to tell it Yes, 2 or 3 times. And the same thing happens with the programs--very irritating.

I've had my Power Mac 8600 since 94 and it was a couple years old then. I am still using a Stylewriter II Printer --probably originated in 1992 or? It runs as long as the energizer bunny.

I've never had to reinstall the OS on my power Mac. I'm upgrading to a newer computer and OS 10 but only because I can't use newer browers on the old one.

However my PC, which is about as old as my Mac (which I only got so I could use the Google toolbar and to view web sites on a PC) --had Windows XP freshly installed when I got it a few months ago and I used it about 10 times and it crashed and now I have to reinstall windows.

Enough said.

Lori
