For folks without DW or similar CMS (like me), you can use W3C link checker to check links. It can be used on a page by page basis, or for a complete site. In just a few minutes, it will spit out a full report on the status of each link.

--Check linked documents recursively, recursion depth--

Check the box for linked documents and watch it go. (Leave the box for recusion depth empty. By default, it will follow the entire site.

Since the question came up, I just ran a 58 document site in 7.2 minutes.
