For a website 22 days is way to early to expect large traffic figures. As long as you keep adding and giving your users a reason to use your site you are on the right lines.

The early stages are what can make or break a website. Pay attention to your traffic. Where is it coming from? are users sticking around what search terms are they arriving with? Does your site give them what they are looking for.

Monitor things, and build on what you have. Pay attention to your user and your user will pay attention to you.
