I see a lot of sites that only cater for www.site.com and not site.com... and vice versa. Of about 300 sites I looked up in the local phone directory about 50 were lame.

Dunno if this has anything to do with control panel automation of creating mail servers for each domain or not, but I would have thought that by now that idea was scrapped due to the trouble that it causes.
