That looks like a browser-specific issue. With no protocol specified you have left the decision-making up to the browser to determine what you want here. Is this supposed to be a search? Did you leave off the protocol accidentally and should I assume that by default this was an attempt to get to a web site? And the next stop in the process is your Internet Service Provider (ISP) which can become an even more _wonderful_ experience :(
