So I am trying to redirect one of my domains to a specific IP address.

So it works when typed into the address bar as

"www.webpage.com"
or
"http://webpage.com"

but doesn't work when typed just as
"webpage.com"

is this because I have to wait a for the name servers to stop "pending"? or is there a way I can work this out?
