It's probably a "temporary URL" at your host. Find out what the host's nameservers are. This will probably be found in your hosting control panel. it will be something like
(Don't enter "example.com" in your namecheap account these are for example here and to show you what to look for . . .)
Then go into namecheap and enter the name servers you found. Namecheap is one of the registrars that seems a little slow, it can day up to 12 hours to populate. You can tell by checking the IP address of your new host. Open a command windo and type
ping yourdomainname.com (press enter)
and when the IP address is that of your host, it's populated.
