Hi!

I'm totally new to the world of web developement. In the replies you made to others who are starting, I saw that you recommend highly to learn HTML and to code by hand.


But I always thought that Dreamweaver is the best tool for web developers, so I'm a little surprised. You really think that coding by hand is preferable even for a newbie like me?
If yes, why?
