WAMP and delploy on linux server?

Yes, as said there is little difference. I'm sure many developers use windows but end up using linux servers for their live sites.

There are some nuances, but in the main there is little difference.

Regarding WAMP & LAMP comparison, a quick google search shows that there are a few threads maybe worth reading to get an idea of the differences in that aspect. Here's one useful page, [stackoverflow.com...]

Personally, I use LAMP for development and online, but used WAMP for development for years.
