---- how let google get my new website?

You can submit your site to google [google.com] yourself instead of waiting for them to find you.

As MichaelBluejay mentioned, you need to get a site or sites that are already in Google's index to link to you. If no one links to you, you will not rank high enough for anyone to find you. The higher the quality of the sites that link to you... or the more popular they are... the better your rankings will eventually be.

It's helpful to think of links as references to your content. The "better" your content, the better those references are likely to be. So start with content that is useful or funny or of genuine interest in some way to other people on the web.
