Let me begin by introducing myself, I'm Tyler & currently am in a scramble to code. By all means, I'm not an amateur, at least not in the complete sense of the word. I'm in a program my high schools offers called CaSE (Computer & Software Engineering), ran by a teacher who is exponentially above the average run of the mill instructor. The 3 of us in this class were given the objective of locating a sponsor, someone who required a database & would benefit from it through a none-for-profit means. I will recieve an endorsment from my school if I demonstrate the following:

The task at hand is to develop a survey that will be hosted on my highschools webpage & interweave a database to hold the results. "The project must have a database on the backend to be considered. Custom software packages will include at least install instructions, design notes, a concurrency from the programmers, a user’s manual, and training for the recipient. This software MUST be bug free."

I lack the confidence to do this solely by myself so I've been browsing the forums here & I must admit, this is the best place I've found, anywhere. So I beg all you veterans that have helped numerous individuals, please help just once more :)
