2 days is not a very long time, I'd wait another few days as it's not uncommon for sites to disappear briefly and to reappear at the same or near the same ranking.

You may want to look at the Google News forum [webmasterworld.com] or use google to search threads [google.ca] with a similar situation, as there are thousands of similar posts.

I wouldn't be too worried unless you feel you've been sailing close to the wind to get to page 2 in the first place.
