IMHO opinion you should switch to a professional designer. You may have been born with natural design skills but this is unlikely. Your website is your business doorway. Done properly it could produce a significant part of your enquiries. Not done properly it could chase people away. Who wants to get their HVAC work done by a company that can only afford a DIY website? If someone comes across your website their perception of your business will be based on what they see there.

A small brochure type website could cost you as little as £300 ($500 USD). Why bust a gut trying to do it yourself?

(BTW Frontpage was discontinued by Microsoft three years ago.)
