I've been developing for years, and recently found a contract job for a local company. My first goal was to copy the entire site to my local computer so I could begin development. The problem is, I've never used Plesk... I had never even seen it until now. I've tried enabling anonymous ftp to copy the site, but that doesn't work. I've also looked around the "file manager" section, but couldn't figure out how to get the entire site.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried using their Remote Desktop but it keeps opening a blank screen.
