Hi

Already tried Netsol supposed 24/7, 7 days a week, award winning customer service.......................they replied this morning (4 days after I asked for help!) and their response wasn't exactly helpful. Kinda ran along the lines of "It's like that, cos that's the way it is".

Thank you for you help, I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I thought it might be a long shot, but was hoping that someone might have come across this problem before.
