I think you only need to install keys if you want to be able to connect without actually logging on. If you're OK typing in a user/password when you connect, you can ignore that.

It should be as easy as setting up the wsftp pro to either use sftp of ssh to connect, then go ahead like normal. In other words, just one setting on your end.

If that doesn't work, you've either got the wrong connection type or there's something else wrong.
