which is the most powerful among: Drupal; Movable Type; Joomla

I am spending a few weeks or months to learn how to use CMS and was wondering what my best bet is. Which software should I learn for current websites and future ones (so not sure what kind of website I may have in the future).

Basically I am asking which software is the most complete and powerful one? any other softwares out there that you would recommend?

Also,

on average how long do you think it takes to learn these programs (considering the fact that I a not a coder and only know the basics!)?
