Those stories of accounts being "frozen" by Paypal are several years old now. It happened to me once, but that was a very long time ago. One has to be mindful of the where your source of coming from. One Powerseller on the eBay message board was a big opponent of Paypal and complained of his account being frozen before. He was recently arrested for running a fraud operation. He fenced stolen merchandise from drug addicts for resell on eBay.
