Changes for Paypal: CEO resigned. Logo change. I doubt the interface for non-auction users will change.
The drastic short term changes will occur on eBay with the integration of Paypal into the eBay "Sell Your Item" and "End of Auction" process. They are scrapping their in-house BillPoint payment system... :)
