I am trying to set up 301 redirects for a website that I have made some changes to - I changing some pages - deleting some and combining some pages and improving the url titles of some pages to make them more relevant and SEO friendly.
It is also important to redirect visitors who are going to the old pages to the new pages, instead of the 404, and also to transfer the link juice from the old to new pages.
I can easily set up 301 redirects using .htaccess, but having trouble with IIS.
I have called my web host numerous times (they are enomcentral) but they have been unable to do it. I have even posted the following link to them:
Is it possible for me to do it myself? Or do I have to give them instructions to do it?
Thanks for your help
