We have finally got a good team on PM and link building but have an absolute nightmare getting programmers. We are now considering having remote workers in whatever country we can get them. The one concern is language barrier and how to overcome that. We are thinking that the person(s) would have to be fluent English. Has anybody got some good advice on how to manage/set this up and maybe resources on places to find good people for outsourcing/employing. And if by any chance in the world somebody knows where to get good people in Bulgaria I would be the happiest man in the world! All advice greatly appreciated!
We setup an office in Bulgaria with the intention of having link builders, project managers and developers (primarily .NET).
