Whatever she zipped up, something went wrong. A FrontPage site looks like any other website: a bunch of files in a directory structure.

You probably don't actually have the website itself.

-That's really good to know. Does she need to do anything in particular to zip it up correctly?

In the meantime, I'll ask her for the access to the server. It's a prospective client, so I'm not sure whether she will comply with ease on that, though.
