I noticed that Dreamweaver considers the local file dates to be the date Dreamweaver was first used, not the last modified date. Therefore, it thinks I need to send thousands of files to the server. And there are a few local files that I have worked but, but are not yet ready to be loaded to the server. I guess I'll just have to try to remember which ones shouldn't be sent.

I wish DW had used the "last modified" date instead of assuming all files were brand new, and needed to be sent to the remote server.

I usually upload new files in batches, so I hope there's a more efficient way of doing that once everything is synched.

Thanks for your response, DW is similar to what I was using, but that's just enough to get me into trouble.
