Thanks, just a couple more questions.

I should just delete the boxes or graphics that I don't want or need, and replace sample text with one page of my own text.

Then do I use the "apply template to this page" command for all my other pages? I have about 40 other pages so I want to do this in the quickest possible way.

I'm wondering how this works if it's coming from another template. Or maybe I should just accept it on faith and not worry about how it works! I just need to make sure I am doing it right. My site is online right now and I really don't want to mess anything up.
