Page is a not externally linkable

In firefox go to the index file location. i.e. c:/sites/etc-etc or what ever the file location is - does it work now ?
that is a strange one, i've personally come across DW when it can no longer command firefox to open, but a blank page - have you got script blockers running on firefox ?
