Use the find a replace tool - selecting the 'site wide' option - then choose the part of the url you want to remove.

e.g. http://www.example.com/ - replaced with ../

Be sure to get your URL structure absolutely right first - a quick test on a copy of a file is advisable (use the 'selected document' option).

You might have to run the command a few times - depending on your current folder structure.
