I am building a website for a client who needs to allow several people to edit their own areas of the main website. This is for an area organisation with a main website and ten local organisations who are members of the main organisation.

Each of these has their own sub-domain with their own seven page website. I need to set this up so that the ten different users can only log in to edit the content area of their own pages through a WYSIWYG editor.

Any suggestions for something that is easy to install and not too expensive (Say < $200).
