This is not the best way to do this by any means but if you are using tables then you can create a two column table with 6 rows then merge the rows in the right hand column to whatever number you need. It can be single row if required and you can then make the right hand column an editable region.

You should however forget about tables and consider using CSS for layout but that may not be part of the spec for your project?
