Just downloaded (194mb) and installed it. Note it requires that net3.5 (197mb) is installed first.

There doesn't appear to be any major new features. PHP support and sorting the BOM issue is welcome.

However EW2 still can't render relatively simple CSS layouts. See my earlier post: [webmasterworld.com...] which is a real shame, as EW is otherwise a very nice tool.
