Ultraedit. Been using it since it was hot in the mid-90s. Haven't upgraded for awhile. But I could use it to page out to DOS when running those old, old compilers. It has basic syntax highlighting, macros, hex view and edit, find/replace in file directories, etc. I've never needed more.
