I don't really use Expression Web other than for setting up templates and really as long as you have the box ticked for hidden metadata and agreeing to have "information added to the folder to help manage links etc" then you're ready to go.

I've always used Dreamweaver and haven't seen anything in EW that would make me want to swap. Having said that EW appears to be a fine program and has finally eradicated dubious Frontpage features like shared borders and hover buttons it seems. For people with a background in Frontpage it certainly appears to be a step up, and if the truth be told is remarkably similar to DW in many ways now.
